BRENNEN GIROUX
Brennen Giroux, CPA, CA, is a Partner at Crowe MacKay LLP, where he brings a calm, collaborative leadership style grounded in accountability, grace, and hard work. A graduate of Brock University with an Honours Bachelorѻýs Degree in Accounting, Brennen earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 2013. His professional journey is defined by a passion for excellence and a deep commitment to community, both in and out of the office.
A career milestone was being named Partner at Crowe MacKay in 2025ѻýjust a year after joining the firm. Previously, he led a free senior tax clinic in Fort St. John, providing accessible services to care home residents, and continues to seek ways to replicate that initiative in Kelowna. As a lifelong athlete and former Brock Badgers hockey player, Brennen gives back as a coach in youth hockey and serves as Treasurer on the board of Pacific Sport, helping support high-performance athletes across BC.
Whether empowering clients, mentoring young athletes, or guiding nonprofit financial recovery, Brennen leads with heart and purpose. His favorite poem, ѻýThe Man in the Arena,ѻý perfectly reflects his mindsetѻýcommitted, courageous, and always striving for impact.
ALEXANDRA LITTLE
Alexandra Little is the proud founder and operator of The Art of Fine Catering, a culinary institution in the Okanagan Valley, celebrating 20 years of exceptional service in 2025. With over two decades of experience, Alexandra has become a trusted name in high-end catering, known for her professionalism, precision, and passion for excellence. Her leadership is rooted in mentorship and collaboration, building a dedicated team that shares her commitment to quality.
Alexandra was recently awarded the prestigious La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Medal, an international gastronomic recognition for culinary excellence and high standards, reflecting her lifelong dedication to her craft. Through her company, she has catered events for dignitaries, business leaders, and prominent community organizations including the City of Kelowna, KF Aerospace, and UBCO.
Beyond her business success, Alexandra is a devoted community leader and philanthropist. She has spent years supporting the Kelowna Gospel Mission, donating food, volunteering, and organizing fundraisers for those in need. Her impact reaches far beyond the kitchenѻýshe uses food to foster connection, nourish community, and create meaningful change. LEE LEVERING
Lee Levering is a Partner at Venture Commercial, a leading Kelowna-based commercial real estate brokerage specializing in sales and leasing throughout British Columbia. With over 16 years of experience across BC and Alberta, Lee has built a reputation for strategic insight, client-focused service, and an entrepreneurial drive that has helped shape the regionѻýs commercial real estate landscape. His career includes roles with major developers and landlords such as Brookfield, Ronmor, and Callahan, and he has successfully completed transactions totaling over 3 million square feet.
Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and a Real Estate Development Certificate from the University of Calgary. He is a Licensed Real Estate Associate and LEED Green Associate, continuously updating his knowledge through ongoing education via UBC Sauder, BCREA, and BCFSA.
A natural leader, Lee prefers to lead by exampleѻýmentoring colleagues and guiding deals with patience, determination, and level-headed strategy. He played a critical role in completing the Interior's largest real estate deal in 2023 and is currently spearheading the launch of Kelownaѻýs first Corporate Challenge, combining team-building with charitable impact. Joshua Stilborn is the Founder of The Recovery Spa, Canada's first comprehensive recovery facility, which integrates cutting-edge wellness technologies with compassionate care. Joshuaѻýs most memorable achievement was his role in the Okanagan Sun Football Clubѻýs historic undefeated season, where his recovery protocols were integral to the team's success. His passion for sports performance is inspired by his childhood dreams of supporting Olympic athletes, a vision now realized through his work with local teams.
Joshuaѻýs dedication extends beyond business; he has volunteered with The Salvation Army, supported youth sports as president of the Kelowna Triathlon Club, and contributed over $10,000 to animal welfare. His leadership during the 2023 wildfires, offering recovery services to first responders and displaced residents, further reflects his commitment to community.
