Country music group James Barker Band coming to Penticton

The Ontario band is bringing their biggest hits to the Okanagan this fall

Award-winning Canadian country group James Barker Band (JBB) is coming to Penticton.

The quartet will perform at the South Okanagan Events Centre on Nov. 29, as part of its nationwide Bud Light Buckle Up Tour.

The Ontario band has amassed more than 300 million streams of its music while scoring No. 1 hits like Keep It Simple and Meet Your Mama.

"We're so excited to finally be getting back into all of our favourite Canadian communities to headline the second year of Bud LightÎÚÑ»´«Ã½™s Buckle Up Tour," said James Barker, frontman for the group. "Feels like a proper JBB headline tour is long overdue, and we're going to make up for the time lost."

With 12 gold and platinum certifications to its name, the group recently released its fourth single of 2025, Somebody I Know.

JBB's show in Penticton this fall will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale starting this Friday, June 13, at 10 a.m. and can purchased at

Vancouver's Commodore Ballroom is the only other B.C. venue booked for the tour.

"We've got so much new music and will have even more out by the time we hit the road," Barker added. "It's going to be the party of the year, at every stop between the Atlantic and the Pacific, we can't wait to see everybody!"
