The Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) has lifted the boil water notice for the Westshore Estates water system, located in the Central Okanagan West Electoral Area. The notice had been in place since April 11, after spring runoff (freshet) caused high turbidity and increased algae levels in the water.
Recent tests show the water is now safe to drink and meets all Canadian Drinking Water Guidelines.
