The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Interior BC Chapter is hosting its annual mini-conference, Thrive in 2025, in Kelowna.
This event brings together fundraisers, nonprofit leaders, and community advocates for a day focused on empowerment and innovation in the charitable sector.
Keynote speaker Hugh Culver will present Small Wins: Why Little Steps Are the Path to Big Rewards, offering insights into overcoming procrastination and achieving goals through incremental progress.
The conference will feature breakout sessions on topics such as neuroinclusive leadership, blended giving strategies, crowdfunding, and digital transformation. Attendees will also have opportunities for networking and collaboration, and to attend a social event at Upside Cidery.
Thrive In 2025 takes place on Friday, May 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the UBC Okanagan campus.
