Kelownaѻýs Gracie Graham to represent Hockey Canada in Switzerland

Gracie Graham is getting the chance to wear the maple leaf.

The Kelowna native has been named to the Hockey Canada U18 Womenѻýs World Championships taking place in Zug, Switzerland from Jan. 6-14.

She currently plays for Rink Hockey Academy in Kelowna and is one of three players from B.C. to make the team - Morgan Jackson (Comox Valley MHA), and Chloe Primerano - North Shore Winter Club.

Graham is looking for her second consecutive gold medal in the tournament, as she was also on Team Canada at last yearѻýs event. She collected a goal and two assists at last yearѻýs tournament.

The 18-year-old is the younger sister of Kelowna Rockets forward Max Graham.
