Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar made the announcement on Sept. 19. His office has launched a criminal probe into FL Gov. Ron DeSantis乌鸦传媒� decision to fly close to 50 migrants to Martha乌鸦传媒檚 Vineyard last week. While it乌鸦传媒檚 not apparent whether any laws were broken, Salazar said the migrants were seemingly , 乌鸦传媒渓ured under false pretenses乌鸦传媒� before being flown to Florida and Martha乌鸦传媒檚 Vineyard.

乌鸦传媒淭hey were promised work. They were promised the solution to several of their problems,乌鸦传媒� Javier Salazar, Bexar County Sheriff, via statement.

Salazar claims a recruiter was compensated with a 乌鸦传媒渂ird dog fee乌鸦传媒� to round up nearly 50 people near a migrant resource center in San Antonio, TX. Salazar said that the migrants were then sent to Martha乌鸦传媒檚 Vineyard 乌鸦传媒渇or little more than a photo op or a video op, and they were unceremoniously stranded in Martha乌鸦传媒檚 Vineyard.乌鸦传媒� DeSantis denies breaking any laws and claims Florida helped the asylum-seekers find 乌鸦传媒済reener pastures乌鸦传媒� after being 乌鸦传媒渁bandoned乌鸦传媒� in Bexar County. Attorneys representing 30 of the migrants are also seeking criminal investigations, saying their clients 乌鸦传媒渨ere induced to board airplanes and cross state lines under false pretenses.乌鸦传媒� Immigration advocates have accused Republicans of using human beings for political stunts
