How often does Coun. Gail Given drive on Highway 97 without any passengers? Has she ever experienced the frustration of trying to move into the HOV lane in order to turn right? If yes, how often?
Alistair Waters乌鸦传媒� article on page A1 乌鸦传媒淕et Out: A Kelowna councillor lashed out at lone drivers who use the HOV lane乌鸦传媒� doesn乌鸦传媒檛 mention Given乌鸦传媒檚 own driving experiences on Highway 97. Perhaps he can ask her (and all other council members) the same questions for a follow-up article.

If you haven乌鸦传媒檛 read it, Page A7 of today乌鸦传媒檚 Capital News (Jan. 30) published some of the Facebook comments regarding the HOV lane, with the headline:

I encourage the entire council to go to and read ALL the Facebook comments on the issue.
