To the editor:

As a recent visitor to your fine town of Kelowna thought I would share some input on the ridiculous comments and function of the HOV lane. CanÎÚÑ»´«Ã½™t believe that your city is being run by such amateurs as Gail Given. The whole HOV project has been so ill thought out itÎÚÑ»´«Ã½™s unbelievable. Please get somebody that thinks in real time to come up with plan B.
