Canadian actor and comedian Tom Green is coming to Kelowna twice in a five-month span.
The 53-year-old has been selected to host the Canadian Country Music Awards (CCMAs) taking place on Saturday, Sept. 13 at Prospera Place. This year also marks the first time the event will be televised.

Country Music Week will be running in Kelowna from Wednesday, Sept. 10 to Saturday, Sept. 13 with a variety of different events around town.
The awards show is expected to showcase Canada's top talent in the genre with many performances as well.

On top of hosting the awards show, Green also recently announced a new Canadian tour called the Stompin' Comedy tour, which features 30 stops. One of them is a return to Kelowna on Jan. 28, 2026. That show is taking place at the Kelowna Community Theatre and tickets can be found on its .
