The Gyro Park parking lot will be off limits next week.
Starting Tues., July 22, from 3 a.m. until 6 p.m., both the Gyro Beach parking lot and the nearby access lane connecting Watt Road and Lakeshore Road will be closed. Crews will be busy removing a tower crane from the Movala development site.
If the weather doesn't cooperate, the closure could stretch into Wednesday.
A detour will be in place for residents, and emergency access will still be available. Businesses in the area wonÎÚÑ»´«Ã½™t be affected, theyÎÚÑ»´«Ã½™ll remain open throughout.
The city is asking everyone to follow instructions from safety personnel and to respect posted signage and fencing in the area.
