West Kelowna乌鸦传媒檚 favourite summer celebration is back for its 44th year乌鸦传媒攁nd the team behind it promises another unforgettable weekend.
From July 10乌鸦传媒�13, Westside Daze will take over Memorial Park with a packed lineup of live music, food trucks, artisans, family activities and, the parade.
乌鸦传媒淚t means a whole lot乌鸦传媒攂ringing West Kelowna together, families of all ages to watch the entertainment, laugh, have fun,乌鸦传媒� said Jarrett Young, the event乌鸦传媒檚 media and marketing coordinator.
Young said it乌鸦传媒檚 a true community effort, powered by volunteers and local businesses coming together to make the magic happen.
乌鸦传媒淎ll the help, and sponsorships that we get from the community, and all the businesses that help put this on乌鸦传媒攊t乌鸦传媒檚 fantastic,乌鸦传媒� he said.
This year乌鸦传媒檚 entertainment lineup includes:
- Jackson Hollow 乌鸦传媒� award-winning bluegrass harmonies
- Totally Twain 乌鸦传媒� a tribute to Canadian icon Shania Twain
- Jonathan Williams 乌鸦传媒� a local artist bringing heart and soul to the stage
- Appaloosa 乌鸦传媒� high-energy country rock
- Munro Patrick 乌鸦传媒� crowd-pleasing feel-good hits
For families, there乌鸦传媒檚 no shortage of fun including giant inflatables, misting stations, foam parties, a pancake breakfast, and performances by The Reptile Queen and Just4Fun.
Shooting Star Amusements will also be on site, and a drone show is planned to light up the night sky.
The Westside Daze parade rolls down Brown Road on Saturday, July 12 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Opening ceremonies are Friday at 6:30 p.m.
