Finley Dober is the last Canadian standing at the US Junior Amateur Golf Championships.

Dober made the cut to advance to the round of 64 match play on Wednesday (July 24) at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

The 16 year old finished the first two rounds tied for 32nd with a 2-over (142) total.

ѻýMy swing was pretty solid the first two daysѻý, Dober said. ѻýI made some good decisions and made a few key putts. Iѻýve never played courses this tough.ѻý

Dober is up against American Jessy Huebner for the matchplay round.

ѻýIѻýve never played in that format and taking on another player head to head is going to be fun.ѻý
