Kelowna Gospel Mission (KGM) Executive Director Carmen Rempel is stepping down.

She will be moving to Victoria to explore her next career steps.

A KGM media release states that Rempel helped steer the organization through difficult times after taking on the role early 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Under her leadership, KGM expanded services built stronger connections with the community, and introduced a more progressive, client-first approach, the release says.

Rempel noted it乌鸦传媒檚 time for new leadership to take KGM into its next chapter.

乌鸦传媒淐armen乌鸦传媒檚 leadership has left a lasting legacy,乌鸦传媒� the KGM board said in a statement.

Rempel will step down on June 15.
