The Kelowna International Airport was Canada's ninth busiest airport in 2024 and passenger numbers are continuing to rise.
YLW saw a 10.4 per cent increase in passenger volumes during the first three months of the year in comparison to the same time period last year.
January saw 197,630 travellers, up 12.8 per cent over 2024. February and March were up 8.8 per cent and 10 per cent respectively.

The airport has increased seat capacity through July and August. Domestic seat capacity is up 18 per cent from 2024.
