It outlines improvements and upgrades, including enhancements for any potential Memorial Cup bid by the Kelowna Rockets, at $18 to $22 million.
Mayor Dyas said he hadnѻýt seen the proposal (as of Jan. 31), but added he would review it.
He said he was appreciative of GSL Group for bringing Prospera Place to Kelowna and the operation it has provided in the past.
ѻýThrough a procurement process, there is a lease renewing on a major facility within this community, and we want to make certain we have the best-engaged operator possible for this city,ѻý the mayor added.

ѻýThe city will play a much active role in making sure that asset is kept in the best condition possible moving forward,ѻý Dyas said.
